We provide people with obstacles to employment a platform to demonstrate their abilities, learn new skills, participate in work and enjoy the rewards of their success. Greater self-confidence, improved self-image and belonging are gained as people use employment to reach their full potential.

To do this, we partner with businesses throughout Central Wisconsin.  Whether it's through subcontract work at our facilities, or Job Development/Placement, we aim to bring work to workers and workers to businesses looking for committed employees that show up and get the job done!
